This impressive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a spacious terrace and lawned garden and is only 5 minutes drive from the shops and restaurants of Binibeca Vell and a choice of fabulous beaches. Villa Kenti has a very high standard of furnishings as well as views over the neighbouring countryside towards the sea. The neighbouring resort of Punta Prima is also within a short drive and WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included to get the most out of your stay.

Villa Kenti has a split level terrace surrounded by fencing and hedging for a good deal of privacy. The upper terrace is covered and has a table and chairs, complimented by the brick BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining. The lower terrace surrounds the private swimming pool (minimum depth 4ft) and has plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. Steps to one side of the swimming pool lead down to the lawned garden which extends the length of the villa – ideal for a picnic under the shade of the olive trees.

The front door opens into the open plan lounge and dining area which has a glass table and chairs and ample seating. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and also steps lead down to a second lounge area. Both lounges and the kitchen have patio doors onto the exterior dining terrace.

The first double bedroom is accessed from the main living area and has an adjacent bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are off the hall on the other side of the dining area. There are 2 twin bedrooms, decorated in mostly cool blue and yellow tones, and both with an en suite shower room. The second double bedroom is at the end of the hall and has a large en suite, marble bathroom with a bath, double sink and window with views over the garden. All 3 of these bedrooms also have patio doors onto the lawned garden and pool terrace at the rear of the villa.

Off the road leading from Binibeca centre to Binisafuller, a small track takes you up to the entrance of Villa Kenti. Traditional olive wood gates open onto a private parking area with space for 2 hire cars.
