Nestled just a short drive from Binibeca Vell’s shops and restaurants, this villa offers a private heated pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The open-plan lounge and dining area provide ample space for relaxation, with patio doors leading to the terrace. This impressive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa has a spacious terrace and lawned garden and is only 5 minutes drive from the shops and restaurants of Binibeca Vell and a choice of fabulous beaches. Villa Kenti has a very high standard of furnishings as well as views over the neighbouring countryside towards the sea. The neighbouring resort of Punta Prima is also within a short drive and WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is included to get the most out of your stay.
Villa Kenti has a split level terrace surrounded by fencing and hedging for a good deal of privacy. The upper terrace is covered and has a table and chairs, complimented by the brick BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining. The lower terrace surrounds the private swimming pool (minimum depth 4ft) and has plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. Steps to one side of the swimming pool lead down to the lawned garden which extends the length of the villa – ideal for a picnic under the shade of the olive trees.
The front door opens into the open plan lounge and dining area which has a glass table and chairs and ample seating. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and also steps lead down to a second lounge area. Both lounges and the kitchen have patio doors onto the exterior dining terrace.
The first double bedroom is accessed from the main living area and has an adjacent bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are off the hall on the other side of the dining area. There are 2 twin bedrooms, decorated in mostly cool blue and yellow tones, and both with an en suite shower room. The second double bedroom is at the end of the hall and has a large en suite, marble bathroom with a bath, double sink and window with views over the garden. All 3 of these bedrooms also have patio doors onto the lawned garden and pool terrace at the rear of the villa.
Off the road leading from Binibeca centre to Binisafuller, a small track takes you up to the entrance of Villa Kenti. Traditional olive wood gates open onto a private parking area with space for 2 hire cars.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Menorca was a real discovery – what a beautiful island! Lovely weather and Binibeca Vell is a delightful village with an enchanting cove, and architecture, where everything was handily available, and an excellent choice of restaurants. Villa Kenti was equally gorgeous. Spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Peaceful, lovely views, from all sides of the villa. Very nice gardens. Secluded yet walking distance to amenities. Utterly relaxing week, which just is not enough. Next year has to be a fortnight!
Villa Kenti is an idyllic getaway. We were charmed by the stylish furnishings and the lovely views over the countryside to the sea. The private pool and lawned garden added to the appeal, and we enjoyed many sunny afternoons by the pool. The villa’s open-plan design made it welcoming, and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. The bedrooms, each with its en suite, were comfortable and well-decorated. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday spot!
Our stay at Villa Kenti was all about elegance and comfort. The villa’s furnishings were of the highest standard, and the views were breathtaking.
