Lovely big villa over three floors, private tennis court, huge pool, wifi, air con, lovely furnishings, outdoor kitchen. Close to beach and shops. Great prices, beautiful grounds.
Lovely big villa in spacious grounds with private tennis court. Outside is a 12 x 6 pool and a great outdoor living, kitchen area with hob, fridge, paella ring and comfy sofas. There is an outside hot/cold shower and a roof terrace above the garage for those seeking a little seclusion. There is also a patenque court. The villa is laid out over three floors, mid level has cozy lounge with sat tv,and dining room with huge table, there is an open terrace with more comfy seating and another big table. Off the galleried living room is a lovely new kitchen and a twin bedroom en suite, and separate bathroom.

The upper level has gallery style landing, the double master suite with dressing area, shower room and balcony overlooking the gardens, a further double with balcony and another shower room. All of these bedrooms have air con.

The lower level (ground floor) has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en suites. In summary all bedrooms have air con ,there are 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a seperate toilet. The grounds are large and airy, lots of palm trees and plenty of places to sit in sun or shade. A short hop will take you to the beaches and bars of Javea. There is a supermarket in 500 metres, a restaurant at 1k and the villa is only 2.5k to the sandy beach

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area so it is requested – no loud partying or noise after 12 please.

This is a really special villa. Enter to long drive with substantial gardens to either side. Several entrances to choose from, 1 up 4 steps to a double bedroom; 1 from pool area to open terrace and 1 to entrance hall off lounge. Big pool (12 x 6 metres) with large terrace around Behind this is the tennis court, surrounded by trees. Up steps to side of tennis court to gardens with lots of fruit trees and to the right up steps to a large terrace over the garage for sun re is a large shower room and utility room by the pool side. Up steps to an open terrace with comfortable seating and dining suite with doors into the lounge and also into the glazed naya with huge dining suite and around the other side of the L shaped room is a sofa overlooking the front gardens with stairs behind down to what is currently being used as a double bed with kitchen at far end and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 ensuite shower rooms.

Lounge is beautiful with plenty of sofas and a galleried landing above. The sat tv has Dutch and Spanish channels. Kitchen is open plan off lounge. Also to far side of lounge is the double bedroom with double doors leading to front garden and a family bathroom.

Upstairs to galleried landing with the master bedroom off, leading to dressing room, leading to ensuite shower room. This bedroom has a terrace off overlooking front garden. Other bedroom upstairs is also a double with ensuite shower.
