This modern, classy villa is located a stone’s throw from the beach area in between Maspalomas and San Agustin. Front line to the sea, you really cannot get any closer to the beach than this villa. The cosmopolitan Maspalomas can be found within a short drive, as can the smaller yet equally attractive San Agustin.

The villa itself is modern throughout, with an open plan lounge that opens out to a private heated pool and gate access down to the promenade and the beach.

Situated over two floors, four of the five bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, whereas the final bedroom, which is ensuite, is located on the first floor. Views from the first floor are to be admired, overlooking the garden and out to sea. Please note that the top bedroom is accessed externally from the ground floor.
