Beautiful contemporary villa, great location just a short walk from Sol Park and within 25 minutes easy walk of the centre of Moraira and the beach. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and there are four bathrooms (three of which are en-suite), including the stunning open plan master suit with great views. Infinity pool. Summer kitchen. Stunning contemporary villa in a great location within a short walk of the amenities of Sol Park and within 25 minutes easy walk (mostly flat and paved) of the centre of Moraira and beach. Built to the owner’s specification by architect the villa is beautifully presented throughout. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and there are four bathrooms (three of which are en-suite), including the stunning open plan master bathroom. From the upper terrace, pleasant open views towards Moraira and the beach. The impressive infinity style pool is surrounded by luxurious sunbeds and seating as well as an adjacent outdoor Summer kitchen with barbecue and large out door dining table. Wifi internet and UK freesat channels.

Remotely operated electric gates lead into private driveway (shaded with sail) that has space for three or more vehicles. At the top of the sloping drive is the main entrance to the villa, entering via an impressive hallway with glass railed stairs leading up.

The open plan living space has full sliding doors which lead on to the terrace and pool area. The lounge has an LED television with UK free-sat channels & DVD player and a pellet burning fire for the winter!. The ornate dining table is ideal for breakfasts (additional table and chairs are available to guests from the store room if required) and is adjacent to the modern open plan kitchen with an extensive range of eye and base level units, integrated appliances including dishwasher and microwave.
On the ground floor is the first of the bedrooms All the bedrooms have air conditioning. This bedroom features a king-size bed, built in wardrobes and it has its own access through a door to the gardens. It is serviced by the family shower room across the hall.

Upstairs the master double bedroom is a spacious and very impressive suite with an LCD television and access to UK Freesat channels. Off of this bedroom is an impressive en-suite with double vanity sinks,W.C. and walk in double shower. This master double suite also has it’s own walk in wardrobe and double patio doors leading out onto it’s own private terrace with feature hanging chair from which the open views can be enjoyed. In addition there are two further bedrooms. These bedrooms each have a single bed one of which has an en-suite and both have TV’s. The fifth bedroom with a double bed shares a family bathroom.

Outside the impressive pool measures 8m x 4m and has ample high quality sun loungers and dining furniture. The outside dining area offers an awning style pull across roof and a large outdoor dining set with comfortable sofa style seating. The outside kitchen area offer both a gas and charcoal barbecue and a sink. The gardens are minimalist and of very modern and well maintained.
