Holiday Villa – Josella is a modern luxury villa, just 150 meters from the sea. This finca is located in the exclusive residential area of Barcares, around the bay of Puerto Pollensa and a short walk from the old town of Alcudia. It is a contemporary design house with air conditioning, wonderful gardens and a fantastic pool and terrace.

Inside, the beatiful rays of the Mediterranean sun bathe the property with a luxurious hotel design in every room.

It is also accessible for wheelchairs, with a charming and spacious double bedroom and bathroom cabin with shower on the ground floor.

The main living area is truly impressive with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling window along one of the walls, oversized sofas, a plasma TV system and flat screen music system with additional speakers on the terrace , And a dining table for 10 people. The kitchen is white marble with high quality appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and an American style fridge freezer. Also on the ground floor there is a family bathroom with large indoor jacuzzi.

There are four spacious bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles and two with twin beds (can be served as singles or doubles). There is also plenty of space for extra beds (two are available at an additional cost). All rooms on the first floor have full ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

There is a second house just 10 meters from the main house. This second house has a double bed plus sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, private terrace and separate kitchen.

Glamor, luxury and space continue in the gardens with a large swimming pool surrounded by teak deck and refreshed by the sea breeze. There is also lawn, fruit trees, a barbecue and a ping-pong table.

The covered terrace is a fabulous space with cane sofas and dining chairs around a long table, shaded by a retractable awning. The gardens are very welcoming for families and the pool area is very private with open views across the fields and trees to the mountain of La Victoria. Next to the pool we will find the hot tub for 8 people.

Holiday Villa – Josella is a wonderful seaside house ideal for large groups, just 150 meters from the sea and the golden sandy beach of Platja Es Corral d’en Bennassar, with the beach of Barcares also close And the Old Town of Alcúdia only 300 meters away. It is also just a few minutes drive to endless beaches, shops and restaurants in Puerto Pollença.

This Villa was built in 2008 and has been redesigned in April 2016, with new furniture and appliances to give a warmer and more comfortable character. Photos from the newest area will arrive soon. Some of the novelties are the bicycle area (a place to store bikes and carry out repairs), the gym, the new table tennis table and a billiard. There is also a new satellite receiver to view most of the international channels as well as British television. The outside jacuzzi and the interior are also new.
