This inviting cottage features a private 9m x 4.5m pool, spacious terraces, and a fenced garden. Enjoy al fresco dining, a barbecue area, and close proximity to beautiful beaches like Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau.

Close to Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau, this cottage features a private pool and can comfortably accommodate 10 – 12 people. The nice, fenced garden with the private, 9m x 4.5m chlorine pool is the favorite place of our guests. The pools’ depth is ranging between 1.1m to 1.8m. A spacious terrace with 10 sun loungers surrounds the pool. Children will enjoy playing in the garden. If you like cooking outside, there’s a barbecue to prepare tasty meat and vegetables. Several terrace offer the perfect scenery for great al fresco dining and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. On the first floor there’s a nice porch with sofas and a table for 10 people.

The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so you’ll enjoy house offers accommodation on 320m2 and two floors. The cozy living room on the ground floor is a nice spot for watching TV (satellite channels) or have a nap on the sofa. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and the second with two twin beds as well as a shower bath are also on the ground floor. The first storey counts with a bright sitting-dining room with sofas, TV (satellite channels) and a dining table for six people. The kitchen with gas stove is well equipped, including all necessary cooking utensils and a dishwasher. A laundry offers a washer, iron and ironing board. Two bedrooms come with two twin beds each while the third one has a double bed; all three count with a bath en-suite with shower or bath tub. Besides, there’s a toilet on the upper floor. If necessary, we supply up to two additional beds, 3 cots and 3 high chairs. The first floor is only accessible from outside; and there’s no staircase indoors.

The villa is only 1.7km from Cala D’Or, a coastal town with lots of supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The natural beach of Cala Mitjana is just 700 meters from the house, but you should also visit Cala D’Or, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Marçal and Cala de Mondragó and the nearby natural park. The fishing village Portopetro is nice for a half-day trip – there you can still see the typical Majorcan fishing boats. If you like cycling, you could visit the Santuario de Sant Salvador, a chapel overlooking the villages in the zone. If you like playing golf, the golf course of Vall D’Or is only 5 km away.
