The location of Villa Jacob is superb, just a short walk from all of the resort facilities, Xoriguer Beach and the marina of Calan Bosch. This impressive villa with private pool is set over 3 levels with a spacious lounge and sea views from the first floor. All 5 large bedrooms have their own en suite shower and balcony too. What’s not to love? WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

The pool area and garden are located on the lower level of the property and are easily accessed from the ground floor terrace via a set of steps. There´s a fantastic BBQ area at one end making it the perfect spot to enjoy alfresco meals. There’s plenty of space for loungers both around the pool and on the covered terrace so you’ll be spoilt for choice with places to relax. From the pool terrace a few steps lead down to lawned area, scattered with trees, offering a shaded spot to relax.

A utility room with washing machine and an extra fridge can be found on the lower level, handy for storing drinks and food for the BBQ.
The main door opens into the entrance hall where there is a WC and spiral staircase leading up to a double bedroom and down to the lower floor. Glass paned double doors lead into the dining area.
