This luxurious modern 4 bedroom superbly appointed property occupies a privileged position within Los Mojones and easy access to the resort of Puerto del Carmen and its Old Town. Inside the modern fitted kitchen offers an electric oven, breakfast bar with seating, hob, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and is open planned with the spacious and modern lounge with a beautiful dining table with leather chairs.
Leading downstairs on an open tread staircase, the four ensuite bedrooms have been furnished thoughtfully to a high standard. Outside, the inviting 12 metre private pool is set within a broad, partially shaded sun terrace and the villa’s pristine white walls striking against the sky. There’s a built-in barbecue for casual lunches or evening meals, with plentiful outdoor seating and loungers.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Very easy to deal with and responsive to all inquires and issues. There portfolio of properties is extensive and easy to navigate. Our villa was excellent and exceeded expectations
Where do I start? First, they offer a first rate selection of properties in a range of prices that seemingly can fit any budget or situation. In our case we were going to Lanzarote and were looking at several properties. All of the details were in perfect order and the stay was fabulous. I really think that the personal attention from the rental agency and their intimate knowledge of the properties are what makes the difference.
We used Rental Agency to plan our Lanzarote, Canary Islands vacation. It was our first experience with this company and it was a pleasant and easy one. The communication between myself and their representatives was clear and timely. My questions were answered honestly and the Villa we rented was accurately represented on the website. I plan to use again and i have no hesitation to recommend them to others.
We have recently stayed at the Villa Insignia and found it fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday her and the location and quality of the villa are excellent.
