The villa is on a plot of 6.500m² and has a living area of 450m² + terraces. Distributed over 2 floors, the villa is equipped for 10 people and has a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 guest WC, as well as central heating and air conditioning (hot / cold) in all bedrooms.

Main floor

In the large and cozy furnished living area you can comfortably sit and relax by the fireplace with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The open, large room leads into the dining area, with dining table for 10 people. From the living area you have access to the porch with a great view of the entire pool area In the kitchen you can comfortably prepare your favorite meals for 10 persons. Equipped with dishwasher, gas stove with 5 burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge + freezer, you will not miss anything here. Also on the main floor you have 1 guest toilet.

First floor

1 master suite of 35m² with TV, king-size bed (2.00m x 2.00m), balcony + Bathroom ‘en suite’ with jacuzzi and hydromassage shower.
1 junior suite of 30m² with double bed (1.50m x 2.00m) + 1 bathroom ‘en suite’ with bath and shower.

On the porch, overlooking the pool, you can eat together or simply relax in the lounge area. Or relax in the well kept garden with over 2.000m² with private pool (length 14m x 7m, depth of 0.40m – 2.40m), which invites to jump into the cool water. And in order to prevent boredom you can play table tennis with your friends and family. Relax on one of the sun beds by the pool area or enjoy relaxing evenings on the porch or the covered pool terrace. There is an outside kitchen equipped with barbecue, wood oven, refrigerator etc. Outside is also another bathroom with shower at your disposal.
