Villa Hurtado is like entering a secret garden, with a wonderful roof terrace and views of the sea twinkling in the distance. This spacious and contemporary property is furnished to a high standard and is stylishly decorated throughout. Plus, there is a private separate self-contained annexe. Playa Arenita Beach is just 160 yards from the villa, within walking distance along the rocky coastline. A selection of bars and restaurants are also within a 5 minute walk.

The outside area at Villa Hurtado is simply beautiful. The saltwater pool is surrounded by a charming garden with a lawned area on one side as well as attractive shrubs on the other. Here, you can relax on one of the sun loungers whilst admiring the beautiful mountain views. There is also a chill-out seating area under the covered terrace. To one side of the villa there is also a portable gas BBQ, along with a dining table and chairs – perfect for dining alfresco.

Steps at the side of the villa lead up to the roof terrace with a further set of dining table and chairs. This area can be used for dining, soaking up the sun, or cocktails at sunset with sea views. The villa is on street level and from the gate it’s just a few steps to the front door. There is off road parking for 2 hire cars.

The tastefully decorated lounge is spacious and has 2 sofas, a small coffee table, flat screen TV and patio doors on 2 sides that allow light into this room. From here you can access pool terrace and the outside dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and has a breakfast bar, plus a table and chairs with a window which fills this room with the natural light. A door from the kitchen leads to the parking area – handy for unloading your shopping full of tasty holiday treats. The utility room is also outside next to the kitchen.

In the main villa building there are 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom is beautifully decorated, with an en suite shower room and terrace doors leading out to the pool area. There are also 2 twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has a double bed and a separate single bed. There is also a separate WC. The self-contained annexe is located to one side of the pool area with its own TV, kitchenette, en suite shower room and a double bed. This is great for families travelling together and wanting to retain some privacy.
