With a spectacular sea view Villa Hoya is located in the residential area of Aigua Gelida, just 1.5km away from the beautiful beach of Tamariu. This 4 bedrooms property can easly acocmodate up 8 person, it is developed on three levels with a unique panoramic on the Mediterranean sea.
On the ground level we find the infinity pool with sunbeds to relax in the sunny days, a dining area with table and chairs for al fresco dinners, the barbecue a panoramic terrace with relax areas where to enjoy anapertitif admiring the sunsets.
Directly connected with the outside, the bright living room with two lounge areas, with sofas, large flat plasmaTV, the fireplace and the dining area with table and chairs, just in front of the open fully equipped kitchen, where to prepare delicious meals with the family and friends.
Moving on the first floor there are four bedrooms, very spacious, brights and well decorated, to satisfy all the comforts and feel in love with the unique views, two bedrooms have a double bed and the access to the panoramic terrace, one room has a double bed, another room can accomodate 3 person with a double bed plus a single bed.
There are two bathrooms shared. Directly from the street we access to the top floor where is the garage, the elevator and a fantastic sew view terrace.
Guest will appreciate the subfloor heating, airconditioning and the alarm. Villa Hoya is the ideal place where to spend an intimate and quiet holiday in Costa Brava.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

Villa Hoya is pure paradise! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The layout is perfect for families or groups, and every space is designed for relaxation. The panoramic terraces were a dream, and the location was great—just a short drive to Tamariu beach. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Villa Hoya! Waking up to those sea views was magical. The infinity pool was our favorite spot, and the house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the living spaces were stylish, and the barbecue area was great for evenings. Can’t wait to return!
