If you’re looking for a true taste of Spain, this 4 bedroom villa close to the authentic Menorcan resort of Binibeca is a great choice! Villa Hernandez has a good sea view from the pool terrace, as well as the facilities of Binibeca practically right on your doorstep. Keen beachgoers will also love the beautiful sandy bay on the other side of the resort. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating, a pool fence and WiFi are all included.
The private swimming pool and exterior dining area is the highlight of Villa Hernandez. You can relax on the terrace and enjoy the view, or make use of the brick BBQ and prepare a traditional alfresco meal in respite from the sun. There is a built-in table and chairs by the BBQ as well as a second table and chairs on the raised terrace overlooking the resort to the sea. The swimming pool is also gated from the house for peace of mind.
Although not essential, the villa has a spacious private parking area for your car should you choose to hire one.
The living area has comfortable seating around the feature fireplace and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors in the lounge open onto the raised, covered terrace overlooking the pool to the sea.
The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped and has a small breakfast table, perfect for a morning coffee!
On the first floor are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 triple bedroom with a double and single bed, sharing 2 separate shower rooms. The second floor is dominated by the double bedroom and en suite shower room. The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Hernandez. This is our third time staying there and it is faultless. The villa is beautiful and well maintained. Her hospitality is incredible and we felt welcomed and well looked after. There is everything you need and more. We had a fantastic relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings and we wont hesitate to visit again.
I booked this villa for a relaxing holiday with a group of 8 people. The setting is marvelous, the views sublime. The property is very well equipped, better than I expected, it really is a home from home. I really wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Hernandez to anyone, it’s amazing.
Lovely large villa up near the top of the village with superb panoramic sea views from most of the living areas. The master bedroom on the top floor with its en-suite and terrace with sea-view was a very nice touch. Outdoor areas with pool were very spacious, surrounded by landscaped gardens. The villa more than met our needs and was very well equipped with great views, heated pool well equipped kitchen would def return
