Cap Formentor offers spectacular scenery as the Tramuntana appear to rise straight out of the sea, whilst nearby Lluc is the spiritual heart of marvellous Mallorca.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We were at the villa with a large group of photographers. Everybody enjoyed the time there and was impressed of the fantastic view, the lovely villa and the warm welcome. More than perfect! I can highly recommend Heres Villa and I think this won’t be our last visit there.
We have just returned from a most relaxing week at Villa Heres. We went a large group of 14 people. We all had a great time and would certainly recommend this villa to anyone, my husband didn’t want to leave.
The pool was wonderful and in fact we only went to the beach once in the week as the kids loved swimming in it so much. The villa is a short drive to Port de Soller with great restaurants and bars.
Some of our best evenings were spent on the upper terrace enjoying a barbecue whilst the kids were kept happy watching CBeebies on the giant TV. The giant kitchen was lovely and having another fridge down by the pool helped out on the refreshments during the day.
A great villa, tastefully decorated with all the mod cons you could require. The property was very clean and pool was cleaned and the garden maintained whilst we were there. We are just thinking up a good reason to get another group of people together so we can return.
Alba was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure that we had a relaxing time. The bedrooms have recently been refurbished which gave things a fresh feel. Thanks for a great holiday.
The house itself was clean, very functional and kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The house exceeded our expectations and given the chance, we will return.
