Undoubtedly, the highlight of Villa Helia Lanzarote has to be the sleek sun deck and private swimming pool. There is plenty of space to sunbathe as well as a pergola providing a bit of shade if you prefer. The swimming pool also has a smaller, shallow circular section at one end. You’ll also have your own brick BBQ and a table and chairs for dining alfresco, as well as a poolside day bed! There is a sloped, gated driveway for your hire car. By the front door is a chill-out area with rattan furniture and palm trees which overlooks the white Manrique-style terrace and artificial grass.

The open plan lounge and dining area is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV, comfortable seating and a table and chairs, with double patio doors opening onto the front terrace. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, plus patio doors onto the sun terrace and swimming pool. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with and adjacent shower room, and a double bedroom which overlooks the front garden, with an en suite shower room. The second double bedroom commands the entire first floor, and has an en suite bathroom and private terrace with a distant sea view. A smaller terrace with mountain views can also be accessed from the first floor hallway.
