A palatial and impressive house, Villa Heaven offers both indoor and outdoor heated pools among its list of extensive amenities. It’s a wonderful place to entertain and make the most of being in one of Spain’s premier cities.
Nestled among the hills and surrounded by other exclusive properties, Heaven affords spectacular views over the nearby golf course and the Mediterranean. As part of a private and exclusive gated community your safety and privacy is assured. Inside grand spaces make for extremely luxurious and spacious living. The cooling décor and wonderful ambience cocoon you and ensure your every comfort is considered. Choose from a variety of comfy seating options where you can unwind and listen to music or enjoy great conversation with friends.
Exceptionally well-equipped with all the modern conveniences including an impressive large screen television, Wi-Fi, DVD, satellite TV and VCR, Heaven boasts a professional gourmet kitchen and an outside barbecue area so you can easily cater for large groups. Your entertainment facilities are enviable; why not take a dip in either your indoor or outdoor swimming pool Unwind in your hot tub or just luxuriate on the comfy outdoor furniture while you contemplate where you’re going to dine tonight. As night falls your sumptuous bedrooms await. There are ten of them and they are all air conditioned and have been carefully and individually designed. All feature fabulous en-suites with double basin, oval bath, and rain shower. Single beds are also available to add to any of rooms upon request. Rooms are very spacious and can fit additional beds for young children who’d prefer to sleep with their parents. All rooms are furnished with TV and include air conditioning and many have a safe.
There’s so much to see and do nearby, whether you prefer to take time out roaming the streets of Marbella and Puerto Banùs or going further away. The golf course is right next door and you are close to many glorious beaches and not far from Marbella’s historic Old Quarter. A daytrip to Morocco is a must!

Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Heaven. The views of the golf course and the Mediterranean were breathtaking. The outdoor barbecue area was perfect for family dinners. The easy access to Marbella’s historic Old Quarter and the beaches was great. And thanks to the property manager for their assistance throughout our stay.
Villa Heaven was everything we hoped for. The luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were fantastic. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a big hit with the kids. Superb views from the patio pool area. The villa is beautiful and is very well equipped. The agent was very accomodating to our special needs, nothing was too much trouble. The pool was great and in the evening it glowed with underwater lighting. It was a perfect backdrop for our patio dinner. Luxury style, great interior pool and jacuzzi…I highly recommend!!!
Our travel agent did a great job helping us find a great villa through this agency. They made everything easy especially their concierge service which was willing to set up every service we requested!
We had a fabulous stay in the most luxurious villa I think well ever have the opportunity to stay in. The staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We really will remember our stay for years to come and look back on it with such lovely memories.
