Wonderful villa with private pool and near the sea in Bellavista – Llucmajor. It has capacity for 9 guests. After a long beach day you can take a refreshing dip in the extraordinary chlorine private pool. It sizes 10×5 metres while its depth is between 1.50 and 2.0 metres. The exterior of this wonderful villa turns around the pool. You can sunbathe on one of the comfortable sunbeds, relax having a drink under the porch, or enjoy a delicious barbecue under the thatched roof at the exterior dining table provided for that. The little ones also have a playing area for them, so that they can have a great stay.

There is also a ping pong table for adults so you can compete in exciting tournaments. The property is fenced and there are neighbours amazing accommodation has 631 m2 and two floors. From the terrace we get into the wonderful living room decorated with an current and practical style, ideal for relaxing and resting on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the warmth of the wood stove on the winter days. The great dining room is independent and it easily accommodates 10 people. The kitchen is also independent and it will delight the cook. It is fully equipped and it offers a gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a great fridge, a central working island to cook comfortably, and a table with 4 chairs for the morning breakfasts.

It also has exit to the terrace. You will also find a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor you will also find the first bedroom. It offers a double bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and exit to the garden.
