Fabulous Villa constructed in 2011 offering over 220m2 of stylish modern accommodation. The villa is located in the heart of los Balcones, a quiet & pretty suburb on the outskirts of Torrevieja and next to the famous pink salt lakes of Torrevieja

The villa accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a spacious open plan Living Dining and Kitchen area all bathed in sunlight with large doors opening onto a shaded terrace, perfect for dining alfresco. There is also a Double bedroom plus shower room on ground floor, stairs leading to the lower ground floor which leads to a guest bedroom (contains a sofa bed). On the first floor is master bedroom suite with private bathroom & walk-in wardrobes plus a large private terrace with comfortable sofa seating. Great place to relax and take in the fabulous views of the pink salt lake of Los Balcones. On the first floor is another Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom plus a third Bathroom

The villa has full air-conditioning to all rooms, electric window sunblind’s to all rooms, TV with satellite (Norwegian channels & Main UK Channels), WIFI internet, DVD Player , IPOD docking station. Modern furnishings, LED colour changing lights.

Outside is spacious Garden with high walled surround, 11meter x 3.5 meters private swimming pool, Large outdoor seating area, Water features with Funky lighting, Grassed areas, 7 sunbeds . The villa will comfortable accommodate 8 guests (maximum 9 guests using sofa bed in lower ground floor guest room). Local Restaurants, bars shops etc within walking distance.
