Well equipped, luxuriously furnished, spacious villa in a secure and select beach side area. Lovely outdoor pool in a secluded garden with BBQ, table and chairs and sun loungers. Each of the 5 bedrooms has it’s own en-suite, air-conditioning and terraced area (optional sofa bed to accommodate 11). Very well equipped kitchen with seating for 8 people along with separate dining room which seats 8. Very large lounge with 2 separate areas, satellite TV with a selection of hundreds of films.
Fabulous movie room with bar area again with a choice of hundreds of free films for you to watch. Located within a 2 minutes walk to the lovely La Sala By The Sea and beach beyond and 5 minutes to the centre of Puerto Banus with a large selection of restaurants and bars. Many excellent golf courses very close by. Ideal for families, groups and golfers, fabulous location offering something for everyone. Less than 40 minutes from Malaga airport.
Villa ideally suited to toddlers with split stable style door attached to the kitchen/play room to ensure that you can keep an eye on the children whilst in the kitchen. The pool heating is turned off between May- September as the temperature is usually warm enough during this time.
Additionally should the pool temperature exceed 28 degrees the pool heating will be turned off. Outside: Secluded garden with patio, BBQ, lawn with orange/lime trees and plants. Private heated pool. Outdoor table which seats 8/10 and sunloungers. Carport behind gates for secure parking. Table tennis table & badminton set.

If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Our party of 9 had a fabulous holiday in this luxurious villa. The villa has everything you need, ranging from pool to top notch cinema room and is ideally placed for the beach and the restaurants/shops. Puerto Banus has a great variety of evening entertainment. The older members in our group enjoyed dining out and then watching the sunset from the beach front bars. The younger members enjoyed the “oldies” buying their meals then heading to the clubs. All in all, we all had a wonderful week. Clean and well layed out with a fantastic pool , definitely recommend . Coming home completely relaxed !!!

This is very much a high end property with some great luxury features and touches. close enough to both the Port/town and beach without being overwhelmed by noise and traffic. A great place.

This is the 3rd year we have rented a villa in Spain and this was by far the best. We were a family of 4 older adults and 3 younger adults. The booking process was easy and the property manager was always prompt in her communications.
The villa itself is magnificent and the photos really don’t do it justice (in particular, the pool and the movie room are much bigger than they appear). All of the bedrooms were a good size and air conditioned. The kitchen was amazing (although we mainly cooked outside on the BBQ). Everything was clean and well maintained (the pool man came 3 times in 10 days). The location is excellent, with the beach less than 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket less than 10 minutes walk (larger supermarkets were 5 minutes by car). Puerto Banus is a 5-10 minute walk away, with restaurants and nightlife. I cannot recommend this property enough.
