Featuring a spacious master bedroom and four ensuite double bedrooms with queen-sized beds, each guest will enjoy a comfortable and restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area with sea views provide the perfect setting for a family meal, while the living room/salon leads out to a magnificent terrace complete with a sparkling swimming pool, sunbeds, BBQ, outdoor lounge, and dining area – all with stunning views overlooking Talamanca Bay and Dalt Villa.
We have equipped the villa with all the latest amenities, including a smaller kitchen at the ground floor, smart TVs, air conditioning, safe boxes, Wi-Fi and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The villa is also surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden, and there is plenty of outdoor parking space behind the electric gates.
For your convenience, we offer cleaning service up to 6 days a week (excluding Sundays), ensuring that the villa remains spotless throughout your stay.

2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.

Our group had an amazing time at Villa Halia. The villa comfortably accommodated all ten of us. The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and the outdoor terrace made our stay enjoyable. The villa’s location, with the stunning Talamanca Bay views, is ideal for a peaceful retreat, while still being close to Ibiza’s attractions.

Villa Halia is a true paradise in Cap Martinet. The villa’s design and amenities are top-notch. The outdoor area with the swimming pool, sunbeds, and dining space was our favorite spot. Villa Halia exceeded our expectations. The villa is not only beautifully designed but also equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. Our stay at Villa Halia was nothing short of incredible. The villa’s breathtaking sea views and serene surroundings offered the perfect escape.
