Villa Halcon is located on the hillside between Ibiza Town and San Jose (Sant Josep) village, close to some of the best beaches on the island at Salinas and Es Cavallet and with panoramic sea views that stretches, on a clear day, to Formentera island. Ibiza Town centre with restaurants, bars and shops is only 6 kilometres away (approx. 10 minutes by car)

The kitchen was renovated in 2019 and is fully equipped and includes a wine fridge and there is a separate utility room with washing machine. Living room with floor to ceiling doors leading to the outside dining / gardens / terrace / pool
The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m. There is a BBQ & covered outside chill-out area with seating

Villa Halcon is on the hillside overlooking Las Salinas and Es Cavallet beaches and Ses Salines Natural Park (and with the airport directly to the front but you won’t hear the planes) and the Mediterranean sea and sister island Formentera in the distance. The villa is midway (6 kilometres in each direction) between Ibiza Town in the south, and San Jose (Sant Josep) village towards the west; the gateway to the west coast beaches including Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, Cala Gracio, Cala Salada and the vibrant San Antonio with its sunset bars
The centre of Ibiza Town is 6 kilometres away with many bars and restaurants as well as shops and Medieval history to explore and discover
also 6 kilometres away is Playa den Bossa with its 7 kilometres of beach, bars and beach clubs including Bora Bora, Nassau Beach Club, Ushuaia Hotel and beach club to name just a few.
Cap des Falco, home to Experimental Beach Club on the pebbly beach of Playa des Codolar and around the corner from the sandy beaches at Salinas and Es Cavallet about 12 kilometres from the villa. Here you will find not only the best beaches but the beach clubs of Jockey Club and Sa Trinxa and the beach restaurant of El Chringuito; with other beaches, including Cala Jondal (Blue Marlin) and the more relaxed vibe at beaches and traditional seafood restaurants like Sa Caleta at the small beach of Playa Es Bol Nou, close by.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our group of friends had a fantastic time at Villa Halcon. The villa’s quiet location between San Jose and Ibiza Town allowed us to explore the island effortlessly. The bedrooms were well-appointed, and the pool area became our daily retreat. A shoutout to the owner for being helpful—definitely considering a return!
We rented this home for 4 couples. It exceeded expectations! The home had 4 bed and baths – with ample room for everyone. The special features and great hosts made it wonderful: diving pool, grassy lawn, modern kitchen, wifi, modern furnishings and all the other items made it very comfortable for all. Truly a Trip of a Lifetime!
We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful place. This was a holiday of a life time and any family, friends or businesses considering a holiday together can safely consider this for a luxurious and immensly enjoyable location.All was amazing.
Everything was excellent, villa is really huge and comfortable, all the questions were solved by Alba in a short time, even when we decided to celebrate a birthday in villa everything was prepared in one day.
