This villa has been designed to the highest of standards located in the countryside near Cala Tarida. An exclusive luxury property offering wonderful views onto Sa Talaia, Ibiza’s highest mountain.
Villa Haisley is perfect for families or groups of friends as it offers total privacy with no neighbours and is a peaceful place to enjoy Ibiza, with bright and airy modern rooms inside and stylish outdoor areas outside, including a 250 sqm2 sun terrace and infinity pool.
The huge south-facing terrace has an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool with a large oak dining table seating 12 people, a BBQ, a Sonos outdoor speaker system, day beds, sun loungers and access to the beautiful garden.
Villa Haisley provides also a table tennis, football goals and beautiful sunset views of Cala Tarida and Cala Moli, just a short stroll over the hill within the property’s generous premise for your entertainment.
The main house has a modern kitchen with two large Bosch fridge freezers, a SMEG oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area offers an open fireplace for the colder months, mountain views, a Bose Home Cinema System and Apple TV/Netflix.
Five of the six en-suite bedrooms are in the main house, with the sixth in a separate modern guest house with its own living room, Smart TV, Sonos, open fireplace, and private terrace, so ideal for guests seeking privacy or older children.
This villa is just a few minutes’ drive from many of the island’s best beaches as well as local amenities.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
