Villa Guasch is an extensive 5 bedroom family house, with a 5000sqm plot of fenced land (except for the entrance). It is located 1.5 km from the center of Santa Eulalia and all the shops and supermarkets. The thriving town if full of bars and restaurants and has a lovely sandy beach and sport marina. The closest beach is Niu Blau 900m away, where you will find a tranquuil stretch of golden sand, ideal for families.
On the ground floor, the house has a large living room, with sliding doors leading to the garden and pool area. On one side is the large kitchen, complete with exit to the porch, where there is a table in the shade for al fresco dining in the evenings.

The grand swimming pool (10m x 5m), is surrounded by high hedges, with a barbecue area, sun loungers Bali bed and parasol. Wifi, Satellite TV, hair dryer, safe, pool towels, similary nespresso coffee machine and alarm system.
Brilliant location for anyone wanting to be close to amenities and beaches (Es Niu Blau is only 900 metres) including the bustling resort of Santa Eulalia with a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops; with Ibiza Town within a 20 minute drive.
Villa Guasch is walking distance (900 metres) to the small, pretty and sandy beach of Niu Blau where there are 2 beachfront restaurants: the more modern Pura Vida and the traditional Restaurante Niu Blau. The larger resort of Santa Eulalia is 2 kilometres to the centre but with many restaurants closer. From Santa Eulalia harbour you can take one of the regular ferries to either Formentera, Ibiza Town or to many of other beaches along the east coast. Other nearby beaches include Cala Pada (1.9 kilometres), S’argamassa (2.6 kilometres), Cala Martina (3 kilometres) and Cala Nova (5 kilometres) with beach restaurants to explor. For beach clubs you have Nikki beach (2.6 kilometres) and Amante (9 kilometres) close by.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

The property is excellent for a party of 10 – families or adults. The pool (size, cleanliness and setting), quantity of dining areas, BBQ area, setting were fantastic. Otherwise, the property was very good and extremely spacious. Supermarket and beach (incl. good restaurant) short walk away, Santa Eulaila town and beach lovely. Perhaps the property lacked a homily approach (possibly because it is through an agency) – it was bare apart from the facilities and furniture (which were great!) – sometimes nice to have a kitchen supplied with essential condiments, a welcome bottle of wine, games, bikes, balls.
Our family found Villa Guasch to be an ideal retreat. With 5 bedrooms, a big pool, and a barbecue area, it had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located near Santa Eulalia and Niu Blau beach. The spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, and AC bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ. WiFi and Satellite TV were handy.
