The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

The villa was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was equipped with everything you could wish for and the welcome pack we received was amazing. Free airport transfer and free welcome pack was a bonus. The villa was very clean and well maintained and a housekeeper came in every day. We all felt very well looked after and had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
The villa is stunning – just like the photos – and in an incredible location with absolutely beautiful views. It is immaculately clean and and has everything you need for a perfect stay. We felt very privileged to be there, our only wish was we could have stayed longer! We loved the peacefulness of Nueva Andalucia. Heaven. Highlights of our stay included a walk to Puerto Banus marina, all local beaches. We would love to come back!
Alba is AMAZING! She was such a help with organising local activities from restaurants to transfers. The villa is the most perfect setting with everything that you need and more. Its so close to Puerto Banus, marina, beaches, Marbella, etc that you can get into town easily and then escape to the tranquility of the villa. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Just returned from a five night stay at Villa Georgia. Had the time of our lives. The house is truly beautiful and clean. Very spacious. All interest points are near by as restaurants, bars, beach, clubs, etc. Absolutely wonderful and can’t wait to return. 10/10
