Perched 20 meters above sea level, this villa offers breathtaking views and a serene environment for a relaxing getaway.
The ground floor features two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Two well-appointed bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath) ensure convenience for all. The open-plan living space includes a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, juicer, blender, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Outside, enjoy the covered patio with stylish furnishings, a garden with six sunbeds and parasols, and a private heated pool (10 m x 3.5 m). The barbecue area provides a perfect setting for alfresco meals while taking in the beautiful Lanzarote climate.
Villa Garza is equipped with satellite TV (Spanish, English, and German), WiFi, a music player, and a DVD player for your entertainment. Additional amenities include bed linen, towels, a safe, a fan, a hair dryer, and a cot with a high chair for families with young children.

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our vacation at Villa Garza was a coastal paradise. The villa’s location, 20 meters above the sea, provided stunning views. The ground floor with its bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and inviting living spaces felt like a home away from home. We loved spending time on the covered patio, lounging by the private heated pool. The villa’s proximity to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants was convenient. Our stay at Villa Garza was simply amazing. Situated 20 meters above sea level, the villa offers breathtaking views. The ground floor with its bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy living areas made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious covered patio, the garden, and the private heated pool. The villa’s proximity to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants made it even better. The provided amenities like Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and more were a big plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better seaside retreat!

We are 6 girlfriends who try and get away every year for a week . We have stayed in many villas in Lanzarote, but this one is at the top of the list. Great value for money, spacious, clean , can’t fault it . Any enquiry was delt with quick and efficiently. Thinking of rebooking for next year. Loved it.

We found the villa exactly as advertised and was extremely neat and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities to allow us to have an ideal holiday.
Local shops/food stores were a ten minute walk as were some excellent restaurants both local Costa Tequise. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area and has a wonderful view out to the sea. The host could not have been more helpful and I would have no hesitation in giving this property a high recommendation to anyone who asked for an opinion
