Villa Garcias has a large private swimming pool (10x5m) and a beautifully landscaped garden. Upon arrival you immediately see the long driveway with gate. It opens with an electronic remote control. There is a carport for several cars. There is also a large covered outdoor kitchen with dining area and barbecue. Various lounge areas and comfortable sun loungers to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. Yet the garden is completely fenced.
Villa Garcias is equipped with every luxury comfort for a wonderful holiday. There are two living rooms on the first floor. A living room has a sofa and television (TV Vlaanderen). The other living room is also the dining room. With a large sofa, a dining table with chairs and also free WIFI. As well as a beautiful view over the garden, the pool and the sea.
Then you can find everything you are looking for in the adjacent kitchen. For example, a large oven, hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. In the hallway you will also find a small bathroom with toilet and sink.
When you continue in the hallway you will immediately enter the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, fan, television (TV Vlaanderen), wardrobe and garden view. The luxurious bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and double sink.
Back in the hallway there is another bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink. At the end of the hallway is the second bedroom. It has a double bed, air conditioning, fan and wardrobe.
Then on the second floor you will find the third bedroom. It has two single beds, air conditioning, fan, television (TV Vlaanderen) and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and a double sink. Furthermore, the bedroom has access to the balcony. Where you can fully enjoy the evening sun with spectacular views.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We have rented private Villas in different locations and in the same price range several times before. This is the nicest Villa we have ever been to. The Villa itself is really beautiful, with plenty of space for 6 persons. The renovation was completed just a few weeks before we arrived and it was just wonderful. We loved the stylish inside, the beautiful garden area with the terrace and the pool, and the amazing view. The whole plot is very private, with no insight neither from or to any neighbors. There are nice beaches nearby, but who wants to go there when you have this place? If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to go!
The villa is located on a hillside in a quiet, upscale residential area of Benissa. The views to the sea are fantastic and unobstructed, exactly as shown in the pictures. The recently renovated house has a fully functional kitchen, attractive bathrooms and is comfortably furnished. The outdoor area offers various seating and lounging options. Lying on the loungers under the palm trees next to the pool is totally relaxing. The pool is fantastic! The area between Moraira and Calpe has nice beaches, good restaurants and plenty of supermarkets. Our interactions with the owner and the rental manager were always positive. I would not hesitate to rent this truly wonderful villa again!
We were looking for a luxury villa for our family of 5 (kids 11, 9 and 4) to spend a week in warm Spain. Our plan was just to enjoy the sun and spend as much time at the pool as possible. Therefore we wanted to have a nice backyard with a good pool and a beautiful view. This villa provided just that – even better than in the pictures!. The villa was recently renovated and really nice and clean with beautiful and spacious bath rooms. The design of pool area was also great – there was nothing shadowing the sun or blocking the beautiful view, but still we enjoyed complete privacy from other residences. While spending the days at the pool, the evenings were designated for visits to local towns for dinner. Several nice small towns to choose from with some excellent restaurants, if you stay away from the obvious tourist joints. We enjoyed town of Moraira the most and would definitely recommend restaurant Ca Pepe. Everything worked well, the reservation, local arrangements, the villa itself. We were very pleased with our choice of villa and would recommend it to anyone for a relaxing stay-at-villa vacation!
We loved this villa. There was plenty of space and a wonderful view. The pool was good and contacts with the owners/managers was faultless. There is a charge for electricity used, as well as a cleaner which you cannot factor in from the start so take euros to cover this. The top floor bedroom ensuite didn’t have cold running water ti basins which may be a problem for groups other than families. The only small item I would note though as it was a stunning, relaxing property. Would definitely book again.
