This beautifully styled villa is set up high on the hillside of the extremely sort after area of Cap Martinet. It’s perfect location allows for spectacular landscape visibility and is just a 5 minutes drive from Ibiza town.

Also, only five minutes away (2kms) is the small village of Jesús, located in the suburbs of Ibiza Town. In Jesús you will find a good selection of supermarkets and organic food stores, plus a gym, a pharmacy and other convenience stores.
