If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Everything was just smooth from the beginning. The booking process was super simple and the team helped us get a car rental right to the house. We were a group of 8 and honestly we had more than enough space, especially with 5 bathrooms! Spent most nights outside by the pool or on one of the terraces. So peaceful but still like 10 mins from town when we wanted to go out. Really felt like a luxe escape without the snobby vibes.

Stayed here a week with a couple of close friends and wow… that view?? insane. Pool was super clean, kitchen had everything, and the location was calm but still close enough to hit the clubs when we felt like it. Felt like we had our own little corner of Ibiza paradise. Would def come back!

Having spent a week in this amazing villa, I can’t recommend it highly enough. The houses and grounds are immaculately presented, and there are so many different areas to explore we were spoilt for choice whether eating, drinking or just hanging out: a lovely pool; a tranquil treatment area. All the rooms are beautifully designed, and the villa is so spacious that even with a large group staying, everyone had so much room to relax. The whole place is beautiful inside and out, has to be seen to be believed! Would return in a heartbeat – a perfect place to spend a holiday in the lap of luxury.

The house, pool and grounds are immaculately maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The activities for kids were excellent and heavily used! We also enjoyed in villa catering supplied by ninjachef- absolute perfection! Can’t recommend Villa Galindo more highly!
