Exclusive luxury villa in Altea, in the prestigious development “Altea Hills”. Located on the Costa Blanca, with spectacular views over the bay of Altea and the prodigious mountains of the Sierra de Bernia, where you can enjoy most of the year in a warm and sunny climate. The property is part of a community of exclusive homes adapted to the environment and designed to fully satisfy your stay. The villa has a total of 486m2 of which 240m2 and 246m2 terraces are closed housing. The space is divided into three levels, whose large windows give a clear and abundant light housing. The first floor gives access to the villa and garage (ample capacity for two cars), upon entering we found a wonderful relaxing area to rest constantly watching lavish sea and the mountains.

The main floor is where the social areas of the villa are located. Found in her a wide area consisting of lounge, dining room and kitchen, equipped with appliances and high-end.
