From the street through a gated garden you access the main door of the house where you find a small utility room and through 2 steps the hall way, that leads to the upper floor and a bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower room. From the hall way 2 steps down into the spacious and open plan lounge with dining area that leads when opening French windows to the large terrace. Off the dining room you find the fully equipped kitchen. Behind the kitchen you find the laundry area with access to a small single bedroom with en suite shower room.
The upper floor is accessed by staircases off hall way. On the top floor you will find 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; One master bedroom with French windows that access a balcony with spectacular views and en suite bathroom; Two double bedrooms with 2 single beds each and with en suite bathrooms.
The pool and garden area are accessible from the terrace on the lower floor.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This villa is an absolute gem! The private pool, the spacious terrace, and the peaceful surroundings made our stay so relaxing. The agency was fantastic—they helped us arrange boat rentals and gave us great recommendations for local spots. The house had plenty of space for our group, and the gated garden made it perfect for families. We’re already planning our return!
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The welcome concierge was super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also booked a private chef for one evening, and it was one of the highlights of our trip! The villa itself was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the marina and restaurants. Highly recommend!
Villa Forti was absolutely incredible! Waking up to those stunning sea views every morning was a dream. The house was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The beach was literally steps away, which made everything so convenient. We’ll never forget those evening drinks on the terrace watching the sunset. A perfect getaway!
The wonderful pictures on this website, really don’t do this villa justice. There isn’t a single thing that you want for, just provide your food and drink and you are good to go. We really didn’t want to leave the villa, different barbecue every day. The outside area is truly magical. Our grandson arrived in the car on Saturday morning, and didn’t leave the villa again until the following Saturday morning. From the moment we booked a villa, to when we left nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend this villa enough, pure luxury.
Lovely villa, exactly as the pictures show. Well equipped, you will not need anything apart from food and drink. The villa is stunning – very stylish and well equipped -the outside space was fantastic. Plenty to keep everyone entertained and close to shops and restaurants etc. Photos don’t do it justice – you will not be disappointed if you book here – we truly had a memorable time.
As a party of 9; 6 adults, I child and 2 infants, this villa was just perfect for our every needs. It was like home from home in terms of cleanliness and comfort. In terms of inside, the villa is spacious and stylish with so many plus points; bathrooms with decent showers and hair dryers, bedrooms with comfortable beds, and decent travel cots that were spotless. A kitchen with every possible utensil and a decent set of glasses, crockery and cutlery, and two decent high chairs for the little ones. The outside area didn’t disappoint either, lots to entertain all age groups and the lovely added touch of a hot tub. When booking this villa I did think the pictures looked a little too good to be true so I was prepared to be disappointed but I can honestly say the villa exceeded our expectations. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for a luxurious holiday and would definitely return.
