Charming little house located in the bay of Talamanca on the edge of the sea with beautiful views. It is located just a few minutes walk from the beach of Talamanca and the center of Ibiza by car.
The house has a full kitchen, living room with sea views and air conditioning. 2 bedrooms, both have a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. At the sandy beach there are about 7 restaurants and Ibiza Town is only about 3 kilometres away. It has WIFI and outdoor parking.
This property has TV, satellite TV, garden furniture, iron, terrace, fenced plot, security box, squeezer, kettle, alarm, internet access (wi-fi), fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, coffee machine, toaster, tableware, kitchen appliances, microwave, etc.
Outside we find a left side covered terrace. And another open terrace facing the sea with four sun loungers.One terrace has wooden decking with loungers.
Talamanca beach is 300 metres away with a good choice of restaurants including traditional sea food, tapas and a pizzeria. Talamanca is a beach popular with locals as it is also where you will find the 5 star Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay with its fine dining restaurant options.
Marina Botafoch is about 1 kilometre away and where you will find Lio Restaurant Club. Other restaurants at the water’s edge with views to the sea and the old town of Ibiza (Dalt Vila), and this is where you can hire a boat with skipper to take you to Formentera. Alternatively take one of the many ferry services which you can take from the harbour in Ibiza Town 2 kilometres away

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Really loved our stay here. The setting is perfect with beautiful views and access straight into the sea for a swim. It’s an easy walk to the beach and round to the marina and into town. The house interior was a charming mixture of retro and modern and and had lots of areas to sit outside. We were met by the host who made us feel very welcome.

Incredible home and location – quick walk to the nearby beach and restaurants. Private coastline to have a swim any time you like. Also walking distance to the marinas if you plan on taking a boat out during your stay. Wonderful all around – would definitely go back.

Property was better than in the pictures, in a great location on Talamanca beach. Few minutes to bars / cafes and restaurants on the beach and 15 mins walk into town. 2 mins to supermarket. Eco Ibiza we’re great throughout, lots of fast comms and very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return.
