Villa Fidelia located with fabulous views over Portinatx, this traditional finca is ideal for group getaways and special celebrations. Larger groups will love this luxuriously renovated farmhouse near the Bay of San Antonio – a 300-year-old property with six bedrooms and a private infinity pool.
It’s a luxurious bolthole, set away from the neighbours, which sits secluded in its own hilltop estate overlooking distant views of the island’s west coast. The farmhouse has been completely reimagined, refined to an indulgently high spec where modern touches pair perfectly with old heritage elements. Original stone built walls catch the eye with a stylish whitewash, and there’s plenty of character throughout the farmhouse’s interior – high wooden beamed ceilings and authentic tiled floors add to the rustic yet sophisticated feel.
Affording you total privacy and maximum comfort, this large estate is the perfect choice for a large group. There’s an outdoor infinity pool that looks over great views of the farmland, and four outdoor seating spots (including two scenic dining areas). Inside the villa, the two separate living rooms are great for a cosy villa night in – while both have plenty of character, one is set in the property’s original grain mill.
Throughout the farmhouse are six double bedrooms, four of which include the luxury of a private en suite. Choose the ‘tower master suite’ for better views and an outdoor terrace, or head to ‘the studio’ for a private living area and terrace. If you’re looking to explore more of the island, San Antonio is just 2km away while Ibiza town is an 18.3km drive from the villa. For beaches, you’re less than 3km away from the pretty white sands of S’Arenal.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Wow, I’ve just been to Ibiza and was lucky enough to get a tour of the Villa Fidelia. This is such an amazing villa which is absolutely stunning. It sleeps 10-12 and most rooms have their own bathroom. The decor is adorable, a mix of old and new, simple and elegant. It’s the perfect villa to rent with a bunch of friends, for a wedding, a yoga retreat or perhaps you could hire it out and host an artist retreat or cooking school. It has an infinity swimming pool, plenty of areas to sit and relax and room for car parking. The terraced garden is very pretty. They also have a small farm area with horses and goats. If you are looking for a villa to rent in Ibiza, you’d be over the moon with this one!
Beautiful house both inside and outside, perfect for events or a holiday with friends. The house manager was always very helpful & friendly. Definitely worth staying, when visiting beautiful Ibiza. Gracias por todo!
Wow, we have just had an amazing week at Villa Fidelia in the hills above Sant Antoni. The old farmhouse has been stunningly renovated to produce a chic, relaxed and exclusive retreat. The old house has so much character harking back to its days as a working farm and there are areas to sit out, relax, sunbathe or drink a cold beer around every corner. Even with an extended family of 12 people with us, including 5 children, there was always a quiet corner in which you could while away the hours. The pool and attendant kitchen were where we spent most of the week, lazing away the days but for anyone wanting a little more action Sant Antoni is only a five minute drive away where you can spend an entire week indulging in watersports, cafe’s and the famous club scene. A magnificent week and I hope one day to return.
