Set on a small private estate, this family villa in Mallorca is wonderfully peaceful and secluded, though all the attractions of Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor are within easy reach.
Nestled in the hills behind the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa, with tranquil views to the Tramuntana Mountains, Fernando is a lovingly restored Mallorcan finca set on a small private estate of some 20 acres, where spacious and uncluttered rooms are simply styled for comfort. A large living/dining room, with lots of windows and a log burning stove, is at the heart of the house, complemented by a study/snug which can also serve as a play room, and opening out to a shaded dining veranda which overlooks the gardens.
Steps lead down from here to a large twelve metre swimming pool, gated within surrounding low stone walls, and with a furnished pergola on the paved poolside terrace. Cleverly landscaped gardens, ablaze with summer colour, add to the sense of rural relaxation here, and cook service could make a more tangible contribution to leisurely days. To up the tempo, Alcudia is just 5km from the villa, with a popular beach, shops, restaurants and a Roman Theatre, t he charming town of Pollensa with ample choice of restaurants and good shopping is within 8km, and the 18 hole Golf Alcanada course is one of several good golf courses nearby.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

This villa was perfect for our family holiday! The rooms were large and comfortable, and the living spaces were great for spending time together. The gated pool was a big plus for peace of mind with kids. We loved how easy it was to explore Alcudia, Pollensa, and the beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Villa Fernando was everything we hoped for—secluded, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Waking up to views of the Tramuntana Mountains was magical. The pool was fantastic, and we loved relaxing in the garden. It was so peaceful, yet close enough to Alcudia and Pollensa for outings. A perfect retreat!
The pictures do not quite show how fine the house is. The house is spacious and very well equipped. very good villa, especially heated pool, garden, big terrace. Perfect location.
The perfect place for relaxation. It was the 5th time in Alcudia and this place was the most friendly and well equipped place we’ve been. If yo’re planning to go in September you’ll certainley eat grapes from the most beautiful garden. We would like to have a host like Alba in each and every holidays. It was Perfect!
Ten of us, ranging from 19 to 84, have just returned from a great week’s stay at Villa Fernando. We can only echo what’s been mentioned in previous reviews: the villa is perfectly laid out, well appointed, in a great position for a relaxing holiday. We had cars but rarely used them while in the resort, however the island has so many delightful places to visit that it’s well worth having one. We’re all discussing now when we’re going back!
