Make your holiday unforgettable in this spectacular house for 8 persons, on the cliffs of Cala Santanyí.
This fantastic house does not only provide the most incredible views and direct access to the sea, but it also counts with a beautiful chlorine pool, which measures 9m x 5m and steeps up from 1,80 to 0,90m. There is an exterior shower, to refresh and shower of the sand, after a long day at the beach. Next to the pool, there is a great area to enjoy an afternoon barbecue with friends and family. Nevertheless, the best of all will be enjoying your breakfast at the porch, where you will seem to be far away from the rest of the world.
The house counts with a comfortable living room with satellite television, a huge dining area, a guest room, a modern kitchen (which works with gas) and a total of 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms counts with a double bed and the others with two individual beds each. One of them even has direct access to the garden. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair. For the colder season, the house counts with central heating. On the basement floor you will find a washing room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Cala Santanyí is a relatively quiet coastal urbanization. From the nearby cliffs, you can view the natural, rocky arch of Es Pontàs, in the sea. The area is full of cycling routes, rockclimbing areas, and beautiful coves like Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards and Cala Figuera. In Cala Figuera, the local fishermen return from their trips each afternoon, with fresh fish, in their llaüts (local fishing boats). The great sandy beach of Es Trenc and the Natural Parc of Mondragó are not too far away, and are surely worth a visit.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Beyond ideal. Amazing villa, with everything you could ever need for all the family. The villa was perfect for us. The pool is stunning and the décor inside just gorgeous. It’s a great place to spend a week or two. We had a really comfortable stay in this clean, stunning villa and I would definitely come back again.
Our family of 8 just returned from a week’s stay at this villa and to say we were impressed is an understatement. We’ve stayed in many villas over the years and this easily falls into the top 3 favourites. Brilliant facilities, with enough entertainment to keep both adults and children entertained – some didn’t even leave the villa for the whole week!. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend, in fact I already have done. We’d certainly consider going back if we visited Mallorca in the near future. Book it – you won’t be disappointed!
We wanted to find the perfect place for our family vacation. The villa is absolutely spectacular – from the magnificent driveway and grounds, through to the spacious, beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable home. It looks down the valley towards Palma, with views of the coast as well as the mountains. There are huge terraces, perfect for eating together and watching the sunset (or sunrise for breakfast!) – you do not want to miss them. There’s something for everyone, from children to grandparents. If we could give this property more than 5 stars, we would. Truly amazing. Thank you for taking care of us during a glorious week at your stunning home. We have nothing to complain about, other than wanting to have stayed for longer!
