Villa with Mountain View and a Private Heated Swimming Pool, Villa Felix is a modern luxury 5 bedroom finca. The villa encompasses natural materials such as slate, stone, wood and iron throughout. Clean lines and picture windows show off the majestic mountain views from all angles in each room and multi-floor terraces combined with the highest specification heated floors, air conditioning all ecologically powered.

An inspiring space ideal for entertaining and larger groups, the ground floor is open plan from the kitchen to dining area and on to the double living room. Sliding doors from all rooms gain access to 3 large balconies on the ground floor. The kitchen features an island with a breakfast bar for 4 and is fully equipped with Miele appliances including a large fridge/ freezer, an additional drinks fridge, glassware and china by Villeroy & Boch, Nespresso coffee machine, and a Krups Juicer for your fresh orange juice in the morning. The dining table adjacent to the kitchen island comfortably seats twelve. A separate entertainment/study hosts a large desk, 60 UltraHD,4K TV with a wii console and sofa bed for one. Wifi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating throughout.

The villa has four bedrooms all individually interior designed complete with modern en-suite shower rooms plus an additional large master bedroom complete with a dressing room and double bathroom and bathtub. One of the guest rooms can be split into a twin room if needed. All of the bedrooms have access to a terrace upstairs and fitted wardrobes with plenty of closet space. There is a second study area located in an open section near the upstairs bedrooms, with a desk and reading chairs overlooking views of mountains and valleys.

Three large balconies open up from various parts of the villa, a 12 seater outdoor dining table is located off the kitchen, and outdoor lounge areas with BBQ, large iron firepit in the garden. The pool is surrounded by a further wooden deck and 8 sun loungers and a Balinese day bed for chilling out; outdoor lounge areas; table tennis, DJ decks with outdoor speakers around the pool.
