This fabulous 3 bedroom villa on the outskirts of Puerto del Rosario must be seen to be believed! This large villa is finished to the highest of standards from the garage to the windows which are finished in solid wood. The outside space is private, the pool is large and so are the terraces.
This stunning modern villa has been designed around large covered outside spaces making it ideal for the Canarian climate. Key points would be the central pool and surrounding sun terraces looked over from the main house covered terrace ideal for al-fresco dinning. There is an additional covered entertainment area with built in BBQ and music system which links the main house to the guest cottage which is a fully independent bungalow with large living room, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
Villa Felipa is close to Playa Blanca’s beautiful beach, Corralejo Natural Park’s unique landscapes, and the charming shops and eateries in Puerto del Rosario. Enjoy local markets and boat trips!

Amenities
The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Felipa! The villa is stylish, modern, and extremely comfortable. The large pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor entertainment area was fantastic for family BBQs. The guest cottage was a great addition, offering extra space and privacy. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and Puerto del Rosario had everything we needed, from markets to great restaurants. We highly recommend Villa Felipa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Fuerteventura!
Our stay at Villa Felipa was absolutely perfect! The villa itself is stunning, with spacious living areas and a beautifully designed pool that became our favorite spot to relax. The covered terraces were ideal for enjoying meals outside, and the built-in BBQ area made outdoor dining so enjoyable. We also loved the guest cottage, which gave us privacy while still being part of the main villa. The location is great, with Puerto del Rosario just a short drive away, offering plenty of shops and places to eat. Highly recommend this villa for a luxurious getaway!

If you want a relaxing place to stay with views and space – this was hard to beat. It’s a lovely villa with all mod-cons as well as a superb private pool outside – a real sun-trap.
