Villa Fausta is an outstanding seafront villa in Port Pollensa, with open views of the bay and beach. Recently refurbished in a fresh and modern style, it is the perfect villa for all types of holidays and all ages.
Fantastic seafront location, just by the hotel Galeon, the house is ideally situated. Amenities are walking distance and the long stretch of beach is just across the road.
The layout of the house is all on the ground floor, making it a perfect choice for families with small children and elderly. Totally refurbished, in a bright and simple design, the villa is very inviting and fresh.
The villa is recommended for a group of 6 people, however one of the rooms can be set up as a triple.
You will be in one of the best locations in Port Pollensa, if you book for the peak season there will be a lively atmosphere. The property has English television channels.
Port Pollensa is a hugely popular holiday destination for families coming to Mallorca. Originally a small fishing village, Port Pollensa has been built around a now much larger harbour than back in the day. With a large stretch of pedestrianised seafront promenade this is a very family friendly resort and there is plenty of beach to go with it. The bay is stunning with it’s views of the mountains and sheltered, calm waters. On offer are fantastic restaurants and cafes as well as plenty of daytime activities on the beach. For more active people , hiking and biking in the area is also five stars.

Entrance directly onto the living room, a modern open plan kitchen with dining area. Utility room to the side of the kitchen. Laundry room. 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower, 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower and 1 triple bedroom with full bathroom.
Upper floor
Attractive terrace with seating area, perfect to enjoy the breathtaking views of the bay whilst enjoying an evening drink or early morning coffee.
At the rear of the villa, is an attractive covered terrace with dining area, small grass area and swimming pool (6 x4 m). Shower room. Large portable BBQ. Paved parking area at the front.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

If you want a relaxing place to stay with views and space – this was hard to beat. It’s a lovely villa with all mod-cons as well as a superb private pool outside – a real sun-trap. Everything was clean, BBQ was a dream.
We had the most brilliant holiday in this beautiful villa. The location is truely magical, beachfront side. The villa is thoughtfully laid out and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would recommend this villa without reservation and will be returning again.
The villa is absolutely amazing, the pictures really do not do it justice, it was very spacious and the finishings were of a very high standard. I have stayed in many hotels in the past, and so you could say I am a bit of a hotel snob, however this exceeded anywhere I have stayed before. The location is perfect, beach front villa, it is within walking distance to lots of shop/restaurants. The views that you take in were stunning, with the beach and sea directly behind the villa. I would definitely recommend staying here!
