The villa sleeps six and sits on a prestigious 6,000m2 plot with uninterrupted ocean views, mature gardens and a private solar heated pool 10.0m x 5.0m. The contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright and airy feel throughout. The spacious open plan living and dining area boasts magnificent ocean views and has large patio doors opening out onto the shaded terrace.
The fully fitted modern bespoke kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs and comes complete with oven/hob/grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. This light and airy room leads out by its double doors to the terrace, BBQ and outdoor dining area. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and external drying patio. The villa comes complete with flat screen TV, DVD, docking station and safe.
All bedrooms at Villa Fajardona have ceiling fans and sea views. The master suite has double patio doors onto the shaded terrace, a king-size double bed, build in wardrobe and en-suite shower/wet room. The second en suite bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobe, patio door and en-suite shower/wet room. The third bedroom also has a double bed, double patio doors and build in wardrobe. There is a separate bathroom located in front of the third bedroom and an outside guest cloakroom which you can easily access from the pool terrace.
Outside, enjoy the tranquil surroundings of the mature gardens and uninterrupted ocean views from the covered shaded terrace gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for six which overlooks the 10×5 metre solar heated swimming pool.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Fajardona was the perfect escape for our family. The villa is spacious, with each room offering incredible views of the ocean. We loved the outdoor space—spending time by the pool with a drink in hand while gazing at the ocean was the highlight of our trip. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore, including Timanfaya National Park, the beach, and the marina. The whole experience, from booking to the stay, was seamless and luxurious. We will definitely be back!
Villa Fajardona exceeded all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the villa were simply stunning, and the villa itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished. We made full use of the outdoor spaces, with the large solar-heated pool and covered terrace providing a perfect place to relax and entertain. The location was fantastic, with Puerto Calero Marina offering excellent shops and restaurants, and Playa Grande beach just a short drive away. This villa was everything we hoped for and more!
Villa Fajardona was the ideal location for our Lanzarote vacation. The villa was so comfortable, and the contemporary décor made it feel like a true luxury retreat. We loved lounging by the solar-heated pool and soaking in the ocean views. The bedrooms were spacious and all had sea views, which made waking up each day a treat! We enjoyed dining outdoors on the shaded terrace and the BBQ was perfect for evening meals. Being close to the beach and marina was a great bonus. Highly recommend this beautiful villa!
We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Fajardona! The villa is beautifully situated with panoramic ocean views that took our breath away every morning. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area was perfect for family gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The pool area was a highlight—spending our afternoons there was pure relaxation. This place fulfilled our expectations 100%. Wonderful suburb, amazing views, convenient place for all the daily basis during trip. We were 2 families – all in all 6 people and we fit here perfectly. If we have a chance we will definitely come back here for a second time.
