Spectacular villa placed on an impressive cliff in Javea, perfect for 8-10 people. Enjoy the breathtaking views to the sea from any corner of the house. It has chlorine pool sizing 16 x 9 metres and a depth ranging from 1.4 to 3 metres, as well as an outdoors shower. So this is a privileged spot to spend your vacation. The terrace will become the perfect place to dream and relax while the sun caresses your skin while on one of the 6 sun loungers, and also to swim while admiring the boats ploughing through the Mediterranean water. You can also enjoy a delicious barbecue right here at nightfall admiring the incomparable sunset.
This 780 m2 luxurious house features no less than 5 floors with elevator and its is equipped with cold/hot air-conditioning all throughout. On the main floor you will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all together in an open concept space. You can sit with your family at the living room and have some chat, enjoy a reading or watch satellite TV. There is a large dining table for 10 people at the dining area, perfect to share the best dishes of the family chef. The cook can innovate new dishes at the beautiful and modern kitchen with an induction top, oven, microwave and all utensils and appliances you may need. We find the laundry room adjoined with the washer, the dryer, the iron and the ironing board.
The four bedrooms are located on different floors, all of them with a double bed and direct access to a terrace with panoramic sea views. Three of them present a walk-in closet and one just a wardrobe. The 5 bathrooms are also located on different levels, all of them with a shower but one -which comes with a shower and a hydro-massage bathtub-. There also are two toilets. Three of the bathroom are en-suite. As a summary, there is one en-suite bedroom on the main floor; a toilet and two en-suite bedrooms are on the -1 floor; and the -2 floor offers not only the fourth en-suite bedroom, a toilet and an independent bathroom at the landing but also a fantastic wine cellar room. The bottom -3 floor will only be opened to accommodate the 9th and 10th guests. It is only accesible from the exterior staircase by the pool offering the 5th bedroom and the 8th bathroom (with a shower). It has a double bed and a closet. A cot and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby.
The house is located in Granadella Forest Park, a quiet area where you will be surrounded by nature. Around the park, there are many trails that you can follow that will take you to fantastic places and stunning viewpoints: there is one that will take you to Granadella Castle and another one to the beach of Cala Granadella, only 2.8 km away. This beach is perfect for those who practice snorkel and diving due to its calm and clean waters. In summer the kids will enjoy the floating playground in this beach! You can also rent canoes and kayaks!

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

stayed here for 5 nights & didn’t wanna leave. slept like a baby, swam every morning, wine at sunset on the terrace… u get the vibe. the place is spotless & huge, and being tucked away in the park made it feel super private. one of the best holidays i’ve had in ages.
Stayed here with the fam for a week and it was just what we needed. Clean, modern, and peaceful. The trails nearby were perfect for morning walks and we even did the hike to Granadella Castle. So worth it. The beach was super close and we rented kayaks one afternoon—so fun. Would def come back again!
What an amazing spot. Honestly, the photos don’t even do it justice. The house is massive and beautifully designed – we were 2 families and never felt on top of each other. Mornings on the terrace with coffee watching the boats go by… can’t beat it. Big shoutout to the agency too – they made the whole booking process super easy and even helped us set up a wine tasting night. Loved that!
We were a group of 8 friends and Villa Expadio was exactly what we needed. Huge, modern, spotless, and those views from every room?? Unreal. Everyone had their own space, the kitchen was a dream to cook in, and the outdoor BBQ spot became our fave hangout. The villa team helped us with a smooth check-in and even gave us great local tips. Such a smooth and lovely stay!
this villa blew us away!! those cliffside sea views?? unreal. we spent hours just staring at the water from the terrace, felt like a dream. the pool was huge and super clean, and the sunsets? chef’s kiss. 10/10 for relaxation.
