This traditional country house is located in a fascinating and peaceful setting just 2km from Cala Mondrago.
The country house offers plenty of space inside, starting with the elegant entrance area. The house has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 of them en suite. Two bedrooms have a small living room with TV. Extra beds can be added to accommodate a total of 12 people.
On the first floor is fully equipped bathroom, one bathroom on the ground floor with sink and an additional outdoor bathroom next to the swimming pool. The spacious living room and kitchen with dishwasher and pantry offer much comfort. The house also has a laundry room with washing machine, a space of 40m² for barbecue, a large porch, a terrace for sunbathing by the pool and a barbecue area outside. It is a place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The interior of the property is furnished with a elegant and modern style. It also has two safes and a massage stream in the pool. The large carport allows space for 3-4 cars. From the first floor you can enjoy the incredible views to the sea.
Finca Eudosia is located just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Cala Barca and Cala Mondrago. Cala Mondrago is one of the most prestigious beaches of the east coast of Mallorca and is reachable in only 2km. The romantic port of Porto Petro has a supermarket, excellent restaurants, bars and many leisure facilities. Cala D’or is a few minutes drive away and is known for its white architecture. There is a larger supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops for shopping, leisure and everything you need for your vacation.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Villa Eudosia was nothing short of magical. The description didn’t do justice to the breathtaking views from the first floor. The spacious carport accommodated our group’s cars comfortably. Kudos to the staff for their warm hospitality. We’ll cherish the memories of lazy days by the pool and evening barbecues. Can’t wait to return and explore more of Mallorca!
We holidayed as two families in a party of 10. The villa is lovely and extremely well equipped. We ate in most evenings as we enjoy cooking and the setting was so beautiful why would you want to go anywhere else! We didn’t do much travelling around as we have been to Mallorca many times. This was by far the nicest villa we’ve hired here.
We spent a fantastic week in the Finca Eudosia and left no wishes open! Everything was perfect (organisation, villa, location) and we intend and hope to come back very soon. Everything from the contact to the property manager, the booking process, the service and of course the villa itself was just perfect.
Just had a wonderful week in Villa Eudosia with our group. The Villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and the housekeeper was very helpful and friendly. When you reach the villa the first thing you notice when you walk through the door is the view…WOW! The interior is traditional with a modern twist. The pool was wonderful and heated which is a huge bonus in the Autumn months. There were plenty of sun loungers and different areas to take yourself away with a book. The pool area can also be locked, which is something I worry about with children. Can’t wait to visit again.
