This spacious villa has a private pool and is spread over 2 floors with an annexe which has separate access from outside the villa. The double bedroom extends across the entire top floor with panoramic views to the sea and beyond. The town of Playa Blanca is just a 10 minute drive away too with its beaches and a huge choice of shops and restaurants along the promenade. WiFi, heated pool and air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and lounge are included.

The swimming pool is on the first floor of the property and the views from here are just spectacular! The patio area has a built in BBQ in the corner, along with a comfortable wicker seating area and a covered pergola. You can make the most of the surroundings from the raised patio as well as the pool area where there is a transparent screen, ensuring the views are not obscured.

From the private parking space just inside the gate there is a stone pathway and a few steps up take you to the left of the villa. Following another footpath brings you to the back of the villa where the main entrance is located. This is where your holiday starts.

The lounge is bright and fresh with superb views of the surrounding area along with the sea – another great place to relax.

The kitchen is fully fitted with beige coloured marble worktops and light brown doors complimenting them. A breakfast bar smartly separates the kitchen from the lounge. Just off the kitchen area there is a door to a utility room which houses the washing machine.

On the left of the entrance there is a small hallway leading to 2 twin bedrooms, both with built in bedrooms and views to the pool and beyond. There is a shared shower room adjacent. Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room that extends across the entire top floor with panoramic views. There are windows running along the far wall and 2 big windows along the wall to the right, allowing the light to flood in. At the far end of this bedroom there is a small seating area with coffee table to enjoy morning coffee or tea and take in the fabulous sea views. There is a small terrace which can be accessed from this double bedroom which looks out to the side and back of the villa and is big enough for 2 sunbeds.

There is a separate open plan annexe which contains a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a small kitchenette, accessible via a separate entrance on the lower floor. Villa Estevan is a short drive from Playa Flamingo and Papagayo Beaches. Explore the charming Marina Rubicón and discover the beauty of Timanfaya National Park nearby.
