The villa features a spacious, fenced open-plan living area with air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in both summer and winter. The interior boasts a large leather sofa, a 55” Samsung Curve TV with a wide range of international channels, and a comprehensive video library with over 20,000 movies. The dining area includes a glass table for 6, while the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a generous 550 square meter area, complete with a private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m – 1.8m), which is heated from November to May at a comfortable 26/27°C. Relax by the pool on one of the six padded leather deckchairs or the round deckchair for two, and enjoy al fresco dining at the stone BBQ area. The patio is partially covered with an aluminum sunroof and includes a dining table for six. For added entertainment, enjoy billiards and darts, or simply surf the web with high-speed optical internet up to 600MB.
The villa’s three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a double bed (200×180), an ensuite bathroom, and a digital safe. An additional bed can be added to this room if needed. The second bedroom also has a double bed (200×180), while the third bedroom, ideal for children, features a 50” Samsung TV, PlayStation 4 with two consoles, and a selection of games.
Both bathrooms are well-appointed with showers, wash basins, large mirrors, shaving points, and hair dryers. For families with a baby, a cot and high chair are available upon request. The villa provides bed linen, towels, and pool towels for your convenience, though beach towels are not provided.
Additional amenities include a comfortable leather sofa, a dining area with a glass table, and a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and ample storage for luggage and golf equipment.

Our stay at Villa Estancia was fantastic. The villa is brand new and equipped with all the comforts we needed. Being right on the Elba Palace Golf Course was a unique experience. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the convenience of the nearby beach and commercial center. The private heated pool, billiards, and darts provided ample entertainment. The views from the sunny roof terrace were breathtaking. It was a memorable and comfortable vacation.

Villa Estancia provided us with a perfect getaway. The villa’s location on the Elba Palace Golf Course was ideal for our group of seven and a baby. We appreciated the tranquility and privacy the property offered. The nearby beach and Atlantico Commercial Centre ensured we had plenty to see and do. The private heated pool, BBQ area, and sun roof were great additions. With optical internet and stunning views, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay at Villa Estancia was a truly relaxing retreat. The villa is brand new and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. We were enchanted by the tranquil location right on the Elba Palace Golf Course. The property’s open living area is inviting, and the nearby beach and Atlantico Commercial Centre provided plenty of entertainment options. We especially enjoyed the private heated pool and the sun roof, where we could take in the breathtaking views. It was a memorable getaway.

Just spent our 14 day holiday in the beautiful Villa Estancia, as soon as you walk in to it you can see the very high standard of it throughout all the rooms. Very comfortable living area with the bedrooms also lovely and with more than enough room for all of us to move around in. Outside is no less impressive with more than ample seating area and the lovely pool. Also, located in easy walking distance to shops and eating areas, would have no hesitation recommending the Villa Estancia to anyone looking to spending a relaxing holiday in this part of the Island
