The villa features a spacious, fenced open-plan living area with air conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in both summer and winter. The interior boasts a large leather sofa, a 55” Samsung Curve TV with a wide range of international channels, and a comprehensive video library with over 20,000 movies. The dining area includes a glass table for 6, while the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by a generous 550 square meter area, complete with a private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.2m – 1.8m), which is heated from November to May at a comfortable 26/27°C. Relax by the pool on one of the six padded leather deckchairs or the round deckchair for two, and enjoy al fresco dining at the stone BBQ area. The patio is partially covered with an aluminum sunroof and includes a dining table for six. For added entertainment, enjoy billiards and darts, or simply surf the web with high-speed optical internet up to 600MB.

The villa’s three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a double bed (200×180), an ensuite bathroom, and a digital safe. An additional bed can be added to this room if needed. The second bedroom also has a double bed (200×180), while the third bedroom, ideal for children, features a 50” Samsung TV, PlayStation 4 with two consoles, and a selection of games.

Both bathrooms are well-appointed with showers, wash basins, large mirrors, shaving points, and hair dryers. For families with a baby, a cot and high chair are available upon request. The villa provides bed linen, towels, and pool towels for your convenience, though beach towels are not provided.

Additional amenities include a comfortable leather sofa, a dining area with a glass table, and a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and ample storage for luggage and golf equipment.
