This outstanding, newly built, modern style villa is located in Llenaire in Puerto Pollensa. It is a mere 200 meters from the seafront and a little further from the large sandy beach.
Villa Esperanza is ideally situated, with all amenities close by and the towncentre just a 5 minute drive away and 200m from the Llenaire beach.
The villa is big and spacious with five bedrooms which is perfect for large families or groups travelling together. The villa has been a popular property for bringing all the generations to holiday together from grandparents to grandchildren. Villa Esperanza is bright, airy and spacious, and equipped to a high standard.
Being in a residential area often means you are close to many places, however, if you need to go to the supermarket on a regular basis for heavy items, explore some of the island, or have small children.
Port de Pollensa is a hugely popular holiday destination for families coming to Mallorca. Originally a small fishing village, Port de Pollensa has been built around a now much larger harbour than back in the day. With a large stretch of pedestrianised seafront promenade this is a very family friendly resort and there is plenty of beach to go with it. The bay is stunning with it’s views of the mountains and sheltered, calm waters. On offer are fantastic restaurants and cafes as well we plenty of daytime activities on the beach and for more active people the hiking and biking in the area is also five stars.

A large entrance leads onto the spacious open plan sitting room/dining room with direct access onto the large terrace and pool area. Large, fully equipped modern kitchen, with an island in the middle with bar seating. Pantry and laundry room, 2 bedrooms, consisting of 1 large double bedroom with en suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower. 1 cloakroom.

1 twin bedroom with en suite shower, 1 large master-bedroom with en suite bath and separate shower, both bedrooms lead onto a large private terrace with furniture to relax and enjoy an evening drink or just read a book, small office area, 1 double bedroom with full en suite bath room.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Esperanza was a dream! The house is modern, bright, and airy, with high-quality furnishings and plenty of space. We especially loved the large terrace and pool area—perfect for lazy afternoons. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The property management team was also incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return!
We stayed at Villa Esperanza with two other families, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy while still enjoying time together. The open-plan living area and outdoor dining space were fantastic, and the pool was a great size. The beach being so close was a huge plus, and we loved walking along the seafront in the evenings. Highly recommend for a family or group holiday!
Villa Esperanza was everything we hoped for and more! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beautiful beach, and the town center is only a few minutes’ drive away. The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a week self catering. The welcome pack was very appreciated with everything we needed until we got to the shops next day.The pool area was very well designed and safe, is a great size and very relaxing.
Accommodation spotlessly clean and luxurious. We felt like we had transcended to another world. A superb infinity pool surrounded by stunning scenery…heaven! Some of us did the walk to the village and visited local tevernia. Interesting nature walk spotting local flowers and fauna as well as quaint old churches. locals friendly and very welcoming, especially when mentioning our place of stay as Villa Esperanza.
Just had the best holiday at this beautiful villa. It was everything the details said it would be, spacious, stunning views & very relaxing. This place has everything you need to make your stay so perfect. Very clean & all home from home needs. Very close to the beach & resort facilities.
We have been visiting Puerto Pollensa every year for the last 17 years & this is by far the best property we have stayed in. Highly recommended.
