Pretty much everything within this thoroughly modern, high-tech hideaway can be digitally controlled. The roof terrace is set for sunbathing; after dark it’s a dramatic spot for leisurely evening meals prepared by a Marc Fosh-trained chef, and sipping cocktails of the shaken-or-stirred varieties. Work off indulgent meals in one of the villa’s three private pools – the first an infinity with views of the bay, the second a rooftop plunge pool, and the third, an indoor pool with a continuous a lap setting – and gym; then enjoy a well-earnt session in the sauna or the villa’s treatment room – massages are just a phone call away…

This geometric villa is modern and bright, with minimalist and comfortable decor, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling, port-view windows and digitally-controlled fixtures. Reclaimed-wood and natural-stone interiors add a rustic edge to the villa’s clean modern architecture and high-gloss materials.

The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light, and has direct access to the pool terrace.
There’s a set of large, lightly-coloured sofas, two inviting armchairs and a pair of oversized beanbag chairs in the living area, which also has a gas fireplace and a wall-mounted plasma TV.
In between the living area and the kitchen, there’s a dining area with a large, reclaimed-wood table and modern, white Eiffel chairs; the table seats up to 10 guests; it sits next to the floor-to-ceiling windows so there’s a side of Port d’Andratx views with every meal.

Leading off from the open-plan living area is a fully-equipped kitchen. Beyond its original stacked-stone wall the kitchen is modern, with sleek appliances, a large central island, and even a conveniently wine-bottle-sized drawer in the refrigerator. Fully-stocked wine ‘bodega’, with enough in the way of free soft drinks, wines, cavas and a selection of gins to last your entire stay; this oversized fridge is restocked weekly.

The sprawling master bedroom (96sq m) has a window-facing, emperor-size bed and views of the port; a statement rug; a large walk-in wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows. In the spacious ensuite bathroom there’s a freestanding bath tub, walk-in rainfall shower and twin sinks.
Bedroom 2 (45sq m) has a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and an open-plan bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.

Bedroom 3 (30sq m) has a super king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows with port views, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in located in the guest apartment.
Open-plan Bedroom 4 (30sq m) shares a guest lounge area with Bedroom 5; it has a super king-size bed, an in-room shower and sliding glass doors that lead out onto a private terrace with sunloungers and port views. It shares a living area with a kitchenette, dining area and sofa with Bedroom 5, and has direct access to the main villa too.
Bedroom 5 (24sq m) has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The room has direct access to a terrace with port views, and shares a living area with a kitchenette, dining area and sofa with Bedroom 4; it also has direct access to the main villa too.

The villa has three heated pools: the main pool on the terrace, the rooftop plunge pool with waterfall, and the indoor spa pool. The infinity-edged main pool looks out over the port and is steps away from the villa’s living and dining area. This unheated pool is 84sq m and 1.5-metres deep throughout; stepping stones across one end of the pool lead to the lower terrace. There are six sunloungers, four on the main pool terrace and two on the lower terrace. Additional sun-beds (up to 11) can be provided and arranged according to guests’ wishes.
The heated indoor infinity lap pool is 1.6-metres deep.
