Villa Esmeralda is set in more than an acre of the exclusive Colonya Valley opposite Pollença’s Golf Course, yet within walking distance of the Old Town and just a 10-minute drive to Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente beaches.
Traditional Mallorcan stone walls both outside and inside the property, mature shrubs, bougainvillea and large, open terraces with stunning mountain views, make this the ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday.

With the benefit of separate upper and lower level accommodation, La Coma offers enough rooms for two families or a large extended family wishing to be based at the same villa, with plenty of space to relax and find peace and quiet.
In addition to its charming, traditional features, Esmeralda also offers the latest in flat screen televisions, IPod docking stations, Wii games system, Apple TV and Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

Although the villa is a 15 minute stroll to the entrance of Pollensa and a further 10 minutes to the main square, we recommend a car for small errands and trips to the local beaches.

The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic old town of Pollença, just a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of the port. Pollensa is a popular destination for painters and artists with a special charm and personality since the beginning of this Century. The market square with outdoor cafés and elegant restaurants is the focal point of this unique village, where the market takes place every Sunday from 8am – 1pm. Throughout the year there are various musical events and fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Chrisitians battle which takes place on 2nd August. The town is a great base for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers.

The villa has superb outside dining/lounging areas on both levels. Terraces bathed in sunshine and with ample shade from porches throughout the day. Very large pool (10m x 5m) with roman steps (min depth 1m, max depth 2m). Field, ideal for playing in. Ping pong. BBQ.
