This exquisite villa is situated on the hills between Porroig and Es Cubells, one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza. This stunning minimalist villa enjoys breathtaking sea views, but is still only 12 minutes to the airport! The villa is the last on the road, so it is exceptionally private. Enjoy elegant living spaces, a top-of-the-line Gaggenau kitchen, and beautiful gardens with ancient olive trees. Perfect for unforgettable vacations!
The house comes with 6 bedrooms and 5 luxury bathrooms. This villa was built by a renowned architect and perfectly captures Ibiza style: clear, clean lines and long unbroken views.
The house consists of 3 floors. The first floor, where the main entrance is, houses the living room, a handmade Gaggenau kitchen and a terrace. The second floor contains a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a terrace with an outside bathroom. Underneath the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and a further two bedrooms with shared bathroom. All the bathrooms are handmade to the highest specification. The other two bedrooms are poolside, both ensuite.
The floors through the whole house and outside terrace are covered with natural stone.
From the 18m long infinity pool, there are possibly some of the best views of the island. The garden is tastefully designed and has ancient olive trees. There is a lovely garden filled with palms for kids or adults to play. The pool can be fenced for children.
This house is secluded on its own plot of land, set up in the hills overlooking Cala Jondal, Es Torrent and Es Cubells bay. Your privacy is guaranteed.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Not only was the villa breathtaking, but the service was amazing too. The concierge team helped us with restaurant reservations and even got us into a beach club with VIP access. The welcome pack was a great touch after a long travel day. It’s clear this agency really knows how to take care of their guests!
We stayed here for a week with two other families, and it was amazing! The kids loved playing in the garden, and we loved lounging by the pool. The agency made everything so easy, from booking to check-in. They even helped us arrange a private boat tour, which was the highlight of our trip. 10/10 experience!
This villa is a dream! The views from the infinity pool were unreal—you could see the sea for miles. Super private, which was exactly what we wanted, and still close enough to everything. The house is beautifully designed, and the outdoor terraces were perfect for relaxing. Honestly, we never wanted to leave!
Escobedo is everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday. We arrived late at night and the villa was lit up like a castle against the skyline, it just blew us away. The villa has incredible views. The pool is wonderful and the outside dining area is very pretty and perfect for long, hot Summer evenings. All the rooms are top quality, the showers are great and everything works. The villa is so gorgeous you won’t feel the need to venture out much. We took the agent advice on what to do and where to eat and we were not disappointed. It is very hard to leave! You will love it.

The host was a wonderful and friendly host who was always there to help us if we needed anything, or even if we just needed advice on anywhere to go. Heated pool, modern, well equipped, amazing views.
Overall, I can’t imagine that we could have booked a better place to stay. I’d give it extra stars if I could!
The villa is at an excellent location, with great views and tranquil atmosphere. We had a wonderful time in and around the house, with easy access to restaurants and beaches. We would like to thank you for the wonderful week in Villa Escobedo. Our group of friends have been traveling all over the world and are a very spoiled group and they just loved the property. Especially the location but still close to great restaurants and to Es Cubells. We have lived for the whole week outside and enjoyed the outside space of the villa. Your advise on our catering at the villa was fantastic. Private, quiet and relaxed area. We will definetely return and will tell all our friends about this beautiful oasis.
