The master bedroom, complete with a double bed (180×200) and an en-suite bathroom featuring a large sink, shower, and toilet, is conveniently situated on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom includes a single bed (90×200) without air conditioning, while the third double bedroom has a double bed (180×200), air conditioning, and access to a balcony and the roof terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Set on a 568 square meter plot, the house provides breathtaking sunset views and is just a short distance from the beach. The property also features a small pool (2.8×4.5 meters) surrounded by deck chairs and umbrellas, as well as a comfortable sofa area and a dining table with a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Great layout for a small group. We had wine by the pool, grilled on the terrace, and walked to the beach every morning. Everything felt very easy and laid-back, just how a holiday should be!
The design is lovely—Ibiza chic with comfy touches. The master bedroom was a dream, and the outdoor spaces made it feel bigger than it looks in photos. So nice being close to everything but still feeling tucked away.
Villa Es Repos was exactly what we needed. Our kids loved the little pool and being able to walk to Es Puet Beach so easily. It felt private, peaceful, and still close to great restaurants and shops.
We loved everything about this villa. It’s stylish without being over the top, and the location is unbeatable—just a few minutes to the beach. Watching the sunset from the roof terrace was a highlight every night!
We had wonderful communication with the property manager during the planning process and with the lovely Heidimarie during our stay. Heidimarie met us on airport and escorted us to the villa. It was exactly as shown on the photos and even more! Our family enjoyed the villa and the perfect touches so much that we honestly did not want to leave. We truly had a lovely time and hope to be back.
What a beautiful villa with a fantastic view! Well designed with a very high standard of finish inside and out. Great attention to detail which was echoed in the service we got through the whole process – from booking to arrival and departure…..amazing holiday. We would definately stay here again. Perfection!
