Visit the most beautiful beach of Menorca and stay in our newly refurbished and modern Villa with private pool and air conditioning in all rooms. The Villa is located in the quieter part of the resort without animation sounds of the hotels. To the beach just 600 metres.
The Villa ‘Ermita’ has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living dinning-room, 3 large terrace, unshared pool 6 m x 4 m, car-port. For the kids, cot, highchair & bed guards is available for free.

Menorca is an enchanting island in the Mediterranean, where the air is clear and clean. Above for families and children it is absolutely perfect. Cala Galdana, the popular, extensive bathing bay with white and fine sandy beach and shallow water is approx. 600 metres away. To the resort’s centre with cafés, restaurants and shops it is only a few minutes on foot.
In the surrounding area there are more untouched bays, which can be reached along pathways and these are popular attractions.
For active holidaymakers a very versatile island: There is a broad range of sport and leisure activities, be it on land or in or on the water. Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.

We arrived late in the evening with a family of 8 and all of the exhaustion and frustration simply washed away in an instant. The pool, the views, all the interiors and aircon…..you really felt like you were on holiday from the moment you landed. The host’s have done a magnificent job on this house, but more importantly, they make sure it all works for you while you are there. They have a solution for everything! Supermarkets and great restaurants are 5 minutes walk away. The town and beach are 10 minutes. But the house is away from all the noise. Cala Gldana is also quite central to everywhere on the island and its on a good road. If you’re browsing for a holiday home in Menorca then bring this one to the top of the list…..and cross all of the others out! You won’t be dissapointed.

The moment we stepped in it was like home from home everywhere was so clean and tidy the bedrooms were perfect for all of us especially us as we had the double room with the lovely balcony over looking the sea having so many bathrooms for all of us was great when we were going out or just getting ready to chill round the BBQ and round the lovely table outside the children loved the pool and was in it most of the day and night all in all we could not have picked anywhere nicer and I hope we may have the opportunity to do it all again soon…..lovely villa hope to see you again soon!

The property is close to restaurants, shops and the wonderful Cala Galdana beach, has all the facilities you need, is very clean and well maintained. We have never experienced such a rich set of kitchen utensils in a holiday villa. The host visited the house frequently to take care of the pool, change linen and towels etc. We do recommend this villa!
