The two south-facing villas, currently connected by a passage, offer the flexibility to be easily converted into independent properties. Each villa has its own access, garage, and pool, ensuring absolute privacy. The upper villa features a pool at the back, surrounded by a large garden with lawn and panoramic sea views. The lower villa boasts a pool on the main floor terrace with spectacular sea views.
The upper villa includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor and an office, a living/dining room, kitchen, and a spacious garage for up to three cars on the ground floor. The lower villa features the master bedroom and a guest bedroom on the living floor, offering a large area of approximately 250 m2 that could be utilized as a wellness/party area or guest apartment.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We were blown away by how spacious and well-designed this villa is. The separate guest apartment was perfect for our friends who wanted a bit more privacy, and having two pools was a dream! The proximity to Royal Golf Bendinat was a bonus for the golfers in our group, and we also explored the beaches nearby. The concierge service helped us book a private chef one evening, which was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Mallorca!
Villa Erlenes is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The layout is great for groups, with plenty of privacy and multiple terraces to take in the stunning views. The home cinema and games room were a hit with the kids, and we loved relaxing in the beautifully landscaped gardens. The pools were well-maintained, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like pool towels and luxury toiletries. A truly special place!
We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Erlenes! The two connected villas gave everyone in our large group plenty of space while still feeling connected. The sea views from both pools were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved the different outdoor areas for lounging and dining. The location was perfect—close to Palma but in a peaceful, exclusive area. Everything was spotless, and the concierge team made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return!
The bedrooms are all very tastefully decorated with air conditioning and lots of wardrobe space.

Villa Erlenes was the most amazing holiday for my group. We woke up every day to views to die for and we had to keep pinching ourselves to make sure we weren’t dreaming, as we felt like we were living the lifestyle of the rich and famous. The villa was more than five star and every need catered for. The villa manager Daniel was on hand to give great advice on where to visit locally and or afar and any concerns regarding the villa could be dealt with immediately. Perfect!!
The perfect villa to celebrate New Year. The villa is of the highest quality in terms of layout, finish and amenities – there were 10 adults and 4 children, each one of us would go back in a heart beat. All local points of interest are near by. We also hired a boat for a day trip….was amazing. The villa is very well equipped and have amazing views from terrace and pool area. I highly recommend.
Amazing villa. Did not want to leave. Pictures don’t do it any justice. Brand new. Has every gadget & mod con you could want fully stocked. To top it off beautiful views and the best pool. Of 5 years of renting in Mallorca the best villa I’ve seen. We loved the villa and our stay.
