Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. We stayed at Villa Erendira with family and friends, and it was the perfect setup for a group. The layout of the house allows for privacy while also having great communal spaces to gather. The concierge service was excellent—they arranged a boat day for us, recommended amazing restaurants, and even helped us book a private chef one night. The combination of modern comforts, breathtaking scenery, and incredible service made this an unforgettable trip. Highly recommend!

Everything about this villa is top-notch. The location is fantastic, in a quiet and exclusive part of Port Andratx, but still close to great restaurants and the marina. The kitchen was a dream to cook in (both inside and outside kitchens are fully equipped), and the BBQ area was a great bonus. We spent so much time lounging by the pool, just taking in the views. The whole house is built for comfort and luxury—underfloor heating, high-end appliances, a wine cellar… it’s truly a special place!

We had the most amazing time at Villa Erendira! The design of the house is stunning—modern, sleek, and full of natural light. The views from every room were just breathtaking. We especially loved the spa area with the heated indoor pool and sauna—it was such a treat after a long day exploring. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the glass walls opening up to the terrace made it feel like we were living both inside and outside. Can’t wait to come back!

A beautiful 5**** villa, we certainly had a very comfortable stay. We hired a personal chef and a boat for our amazing vacation. Very safe and private area. A perfect holiday destination to relax and soak up the sun surrounded by stunning views. Cannot recommend highly enough!

What a great villa! Great set up – perfect for our 10 adults group. We used the bikes to have some lovely rides round the local area on the quiet country roads down to the beach and to Puerto Andratx. Spotify was excellent in the evenings as the background to some great barbecues and the heated pool was wonderful. The kitchen and villa are really well equipped to an luxury standard and everything is extremely clean and new. If we come back to Mallorca, we know where to stay now, I cannot imagine better. Thank you.

Our stay in Villa Erendira was really lovely, what an amazing place. We had such a great time there; the views, the sunsets, the architecture, the area, the village, etc. 6 stars instead of 5, I would say! We will definitely come back to our ‘dream by the sea’! Muchas Gracias.
