This contemporary villa is located on one of the highest points in the harbour of Port Andratx, with 180 degrees panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. The villa has recently gone through a complete renovation.
This property is spread over 3 floors, distributed as follows: on the main level there is an open plan kitchen with area dining area, a spacious living room with 6 meter high ceilings, all with breathtaking views of the port, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to terrace with Jacuzzi. The lower levels comprise of 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, an indoor pool with countercurrent system, steam room, sauna and a game room. The house boasts large terraces including a roof terrace with spectacular views, and a main terrace with a 24 meter long pool.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Very convenient clean, comfortable villa within easy walking distance of the fabulous port. Amazing outside area with private pool, sun beds and seating area. Would definitely recommend this villa – thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We stayed for one week – 10 people. Everything about the stay was first class and enjoyed by all. The Villa is superbly built with quality throughout. The views are stunning, with lovely swimming pool/hot tub. Would definately recommend to others and no doubt we will visit again in the future.

Hired Villa Enzo as a surprise for my husband to celebrate his 40th birthday. When my family and I arrived at the villa we all thought how nice and well kept it was, but what laid behind the front door was a total utter surprise. The villa was beautiful and well kept inside and your every need was catered for. We loved watching the boats every morning swooping over the pool. My family and I never return to the same holiday accommodation twice, but we will certainly be making an exception with this beautiful villa.

Stayed here May family of 10 adults. What a find, great space to mix together in. Enjoyed BBQ and outside eating area with night-time views over the town. Good cooking facilities. Bed room accommodation worked well.
